Pantone bookQ: How long will you need my artworks for scanning?
A: The scanning process normally takes four to five working days.

Q: If I require proofs will that take longer?
A: Yes, this normally adds a couple of days.

Q: Will my artwork be safe with you?
A: Yes, we handle all artworks with utmost care. Whilst the scanning is being completed nothing comes into contact with your artwork.

Q: Will I get a receipt when leaving my artwork with you?
A: Yes, there is a short booking in procedure, we will ask for confirmation of copyright ownership and insurance.

Q: Can I receive an image optimized for my website from the scan you are making?
A: Yes, we can can supply you with a 72dpi, RGB, JPG file.

Q: Are you able to send my artworks and proofs to me?
A: Yes, we use UPS next day courier service, within the UK. FEDEX overseas.

Q: If I want to order small quantities of prints is that OK?
A: Yes, the giclée process is perfect for print-on-demand Limited Editions.

Q: Are you able to make prints from camera files that I already own?
A: Yes, we can print image files using our fully colour managed workflow onto a range of media.

Q: What size should my camera file be when I supply it to you?
A: A good size to aim for is 300dpi at whichever size you wish to print it.

Q: Can I have prints made from digital art created on an iPad?
A: Yes, high resolution images made on iPads are often able to be made into top quality prints larger than A3
